Is Enphase or SolarEdge better for a shaded roof?
Both handle shade far better than a plain string inverter because every panel is optimized individually. Enphase goes a step further: each panel has its own microinverter and produces completely independently, so a heavily shaded module never shares a conversion path with the rest of the array.
